Over the years, I've had the good fortune to work with many different types of business owners. Leaders, and teams. But it has been immensely motivating to observe the youngest cohort in action.

Furthermore, individuals who have already begun on this route are not only embracing entrepreneurship but also revolutionizing it with original methods of brand development, skill development, and operations.
Gen Z is already experiencing broad success with their business endeavors, from applications and YouTube channels to beauty items and hand-made bow ties, even though the oldest members are only 24 years old

Business Leaders admit, the cost to doing business is increasing while the struggle in getting quality work from employees is getting more difficult.
